Property Security

During the busy spring and summer periods it makes sense to have property security visits coincide with the periods when the property is empty.

Ideally we would recommend fortnightly or monthly but this is compeletly down to personal choice.If the property is occupied, then general visits are of less value as any problems tend to get reported as they happen.

Our contact details are always left at the property giving people peace of mind that if needed we are simply a telephone call away.

In the colder winter periods, we would recommend fortnightly visits whenever the property is empty.Every visit comprises a security check of window and door locks and checks to ensure that the property remains secure and weatherproof at all times.

 

After every visit , post is collected for forwarding ,and each one of our customers receives a written schedule of the property's condition by email including photographs.
